Summary This Assistant General Manager supports the store leadership at the Crystals retail location in Las Vegas, overseeing daily operations and team performance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision. Lead, coach, and develop sales team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet brand standards. Manage inventory control, stock levels, and loss prevention procedures. Support scheduling, payroll, and operational compliance. Requirements Minimum 4 years' experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion. Proven leadership and team development skills. Strong sales acumen with ability to analyze and achieve targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
