Assistant General Manager

Summary Lead store operations in support of the Store Manager to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives while promoting brand loyalty and exceptional customer service. Ensure the store reflects the required corporate image and standards, and collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to execute sales strategies. Foster a client‑centric environment and support staff development and training. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer welcome and ongoing client service. Promote customer loyalty and develop strong client relationships. Develop and implement sales strategies in cooperation with retail merchandising, visual merchandising, and retail operations teams. Monitor fashion trends and competitors and share insights with the sales staff. Ensure store image, product care, and front/back office synergy meet corporate standards. Support team organization, communication, and professional growth through training and development plans. Requirements Business driven with proven leadership and team management skills. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to welcome, motivate, and persuade clients and staff. Organized, detail oriented, confident, and mature with an enthusiastic attitude. Market and product knowledge or passion for luxury fashion, art, and design. Business or retail management degree or equivalent is a plus.
