Labor & Employment Litigation Associate

Overview Greenberg Traurig is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100. The role is litigation-intensive, not a consulting position, within a Labor & Employment practice that handles employment class actions, trade secret, and restrictive covenant cases. Significant litigation experience is a plus, even if not employment-specific, particularly involving day-to-day responsibility on cases. The position requires a willingness to take depositions, cover hearings, interview witnesses, handle written discovery, and write persuasive briefs, with an opportunity to gain or leverage trial experience.
