Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate to join its Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of litigation experience, with a preference for those with labor and employment law expertise. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Arizona. Duties Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters. Provide legal advice on employment law issues. Draft and review legal documents related to labor and employment cases. Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience. Licensed to practice law in Arizona. Experience in labor and employment law preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active Arizona State Bar membership. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
