THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of experience in construction or remodeling Valid driver's license Strong communication skills for daily updates with homeowners and teamwork Ability to coordinate and schedule multiple aspects of production Willingness to work onsite and in office as required Experience working directly with homeowners (preferred) YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A REMODELING PROJECT MANAGER As a Remodeling Project Manager, you will start your day by checking in on job sites, ensuring everything is on track and up to our standards. Throughout the day, you'll be communicating daily with homeowners, keeping them informed about progress and upcoming plans. When your expertise is needed, you will step in to work directly on projects, collaborating closely with allied professionals and scheduling the production of jobs. You will also connect with our billing team to ensure all aspects of each project run smoothly. You will report to our Production Manager, working closely with the entire team to deliver outstanding results.
