Accountant IITarget Compensation: $75,000-$85,000Location: Vancouver, WA – HybridWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:• Own payroll for approximately 200 employees across multiple states• Lead and influence AP process improvements, training, and cross-functional coverage• Partner directly with the Corporate Controller and VP of Finance & Operations• Gain exposure to manufacturing operations, purchasing, and broader accounting functions• Hybrid schedule with three days in the office• Opportunity to take on additional responsibility and drive meaningful operational improvementsKey Responsibilities for the Accountant II:• Process biweekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including voucher processing, check runs, and accrual support• Support AP training, cross-coverage, and process improvement initiatives• Partner with production, purchasing, and finance teams to strengthen workflows• Assist with month-end accounting activities and payroll-related reportingQualifications for the Accountant II:• Payroll processing experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now• Full-cycle accounts payable experience• Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments
