New York City | Hybrid / Field Based | $100k - $150k OTE 1st Year | Actively Hiring Quick Role Snapshot What you’ll do: Win new B2B clients for legal Support Services Where: New York City (Hybrid with field activity) Travel: Local client meetings, events and conferences Compensation: Base salary + uncapped monthly commissions (OTE $100k - $150k+ 1st year) What You’ll Be Doing Identify and close new business through cold calling, email outreach, meetings, and networking. Build long-term client relationships in a consultative B2B sales environment. Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows. Deliver structured sales presentations and negotiate contracts. Track and manage a full sales pipeline to consistently hit KPI’s and targets. Stay current on legal industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. What We’re Looking For Required 2+ Years of B2B sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred) Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Experience selling into the legal industry Existing professional services or corporate client network.
