Job responsibilities for this position include test software development, design and debug of test interface hardware, test methodology development and implementation, test equipment automation, and test solution verification.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields.1 year experience in test validation, test automation, RF testing.Experience in key RF measurements (i.e. EVM, ACLR, Gain, NF, IP3, Phase Noise, etc.)RF test equipment knowledge (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal source analyzer, signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc.).Experience with ATE test platforms (Advantest-93K, Teradyne-Uflex, Cohu-PAX, etc.).Experience with frameworks as LangChain/similar and experience consuming MCP serversUnderstands board design (schematic/layout), debug, and development, including RF (microstrip, strip line, coplanar), power, and digital routing.Must be able to troubleshoot hardware and software to develop test solutions.Physical RequirementsFrequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile.Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.Desired ExperienceExperience with Object-Oriented languages and Object-Oriented Design, preferably C#/Java.Experience with scripting languages such as Python and/or Typescript.Experience in RF test methodology development and implementation using different programming languages and test platforms.Strong understanding of RF Measurement science.Solid understanding of the measurements necessary to characterize an RF device through theoretical and practical applications.Familiarity with cellular standards such as CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, EDGE, LTE, and NR.Familiarity with 4G, 5G, mmW, 802.11x WLAN, OFDM, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.Statistical Analysis Capability (Exensio, Excel, SEDana, etc.)Highly motivated, fast learner, team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills.Pay Range and Other Compensation & Benefits$94,200.00 - $141,200.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
