This role offers a remote work setting, tailored for professionals who value flexibility and autonomy in their work schedule. As an LCSW with Wellnest, you will connect with clients through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. While you will manage your time and caseload independently, you’ll never feel isolated; our administrative and clinical teams are readily available to provide ongoing support and collaboration. Weekly team meetings, opportunities for case consultations, and peer support enhance a culture of shared learning and development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments with each client to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize secure telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and client comfort throughout the therapeutic process.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state licensing requirements, ensuring ethical standards and best practices are consistently upheld.

• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues, and collaborate on complex cases where appropriate.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to stay updated on field advancements and enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, each with unique backgrounds and mental health experiences. In your role, you’ll have the opportunity to support individuals dealing with various challenges, including, but not limited to, trauma recovery, chronic stress, grief, life transitions, and relational issues. Your empathic, client-centered approach will help you build trust and rapport, essential for effective therapy outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license issued by the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, demonstrating your expertise in providing mental health services.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• A commitment to ethical practices, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all clients.

• The ability to work independently while remaining connected to the larger clinical community via remote collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
