We are seeking a serious and experienced Medical Assistant to become a part of our team!
Deal Breakers:
- Always on the phone
- cannot multitask
- cannot work independently
- late/unreliable source of transportation
- not a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Triage patients and be responsible for inventory keeping.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A Team player
- Friendly and kind
