The Role

Step into a fast-paced, hands-on role at the intersection of sales, merchandising, and brand growth. As our Wholesale Sales Associate, you will serve as the operational backbone of our wholesale team while providing exceptional service to our retail partners. This is more than a support position—it is an opportunity to actively nurture buyer relationships, drive merchandising strategies, and represent the Sweet Rain brand on the front lines of the fashion industry.

What You Will Do

• Drive Client Relationships: Manage, nurture, and grow a dedicated portfolio of wholesale accounts, delivering white-glove service that guarantees client satisfaction and consistent re-orders.

• Executive Sales Support: Partner directly with the Sales Director to execute high-impact initiatives, seamlessly managing complex Purchase Order (PO) entries and critical account maintenance.

• Market & Meeting Prep: Spearhead buyer presentations by curating flawless line sheets, organizing physical samples, and managing digital assets to ensure our collections shine during appointments.
\n
• Trend Forecasting: Act as our eyes and ears in the market. Pitch "upfront" trend directions and consumer insights to help shape the aesthetic and direction of future collections.

• Showroom Curation: Maintain an elevated, pristine showroom environment and serve as a frontline brand ambassador during high-stakes market weeks and industry trade shows.

Who You Are

• Educated & Driven: You hold a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business, or a closely related field.
\n
• Industry-Experienced: You bring 1–3 years of experience in retail or wholesale fashion. A background in a showroom, corporate merchandising, or B2B apparel sales will immediately set you apart.

• Highly Precise: You have flawless attention to detail. You are highly capable when it comes to accurate PO management, data entry, and executing complex orders without missing a beat.

• Trend-Obsessed: You possess a deep, genuine passion for the women’s apparel market and an intuitive ability to articulate upcoming trends.

• A Polished Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, bringing the professionalism and confidence required to collaborate effectively with major retail buyers.
