Registered Nurse on Inpatient Surgical Intermediate/Step-Down Unit- Midnights \ N \n \n \n

Christiana Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Surgical Intermediate Step-Down Unit, 4D. This is a 35-bed Intermediate Care/Stepdown inpatient unit, caring for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. This unit cares for patients requiring nursing interventions Q2-Q4 hours. Requirements:

• BSN required;
  or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
\ N
• One year of nursing experience required. Two years' of nursing experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
\ N
• Licensed or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.
\ N
• BLS Certification required.
\ N
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire

Hours: This is a full-time position of 72 hours per pay/36 hours per week. The hours for this position are Overnights of 7 p.M.
- 7:30 a.M. This requires a weekend rotation and follows internal weekend requirement practice. Holidays required per organization policy.

We are offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus for registered nurses who commit to a Midnight schedule with ChristianaCare on hiring unit for 2 years.

\ N \n Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37\ N \n This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.\ N \n \n
