What You'd Do In This Role You'd create content and build trust with an audience around the money principles that actually change lives, serving as a credible and compelling voice for the Ramsey brand. You'd communicate those principles across multiple platforms and formats, connecting with people, simplifying what feels complicated, and inspiring them to take real action with their finances. You'd bring your own story to it, too. The authenticity this role requires comes from having personally experienced the hope and transformation that Ramsey principles deliver, and being able to share that message with conviction because you've lived it. This isn't a role for someone who wants to help people win with money someday; it's for someone already doing it. You're Probably a Match If You're a Ramsey superfan who is personally walking out the Baby Steps. This is not optional; it's the foundation of credibility. You're consistently creating content rooted in personal experience, expertise, or a specific point of view, whether through speaking, podcasting, social media, video, writing, coaching, teaching, or other platforms. We're looking for people who are already building trust with an audience, not just aspiring to someday. You have a passion for helping others achieve financial success and a strong commitment to our mission. You're driven by impact, not platform-building or fame. You have credibility and knowledge depth in personal finance topics or audience segments, with a proven ability to build audience affinity and trust through content across various platforms or types of content delivery. You're a natural communicator with demonstrated experience making complex concepts feel simple, practical, and actionable. You're authentic, warm, and relatable enough that people feel like you're talking to them, not at them. You have creator instinct: you're comfortable on camera, fluent in social and digital platforms, and energized by consistently generating ideas and content that connect with real people. You're humble, coachable, collaborative, and committed to a team environment. You improve with repetition, receive feedback well, and understand that building inside a larger system requires patience and discipline. What Winning Looks Like Creating original, compelling money content, on camera, on social and on stage, that resonates with our audience and aligns with our mission. Contributing to existing Ramsey platforms (The Ramsey Show, other Ramsey Network shows, and on social media) as a trusted host or voice.
