Join Our Team as a Director of Sales Home2 Suites by Hilton Winston-Salem Hanes Mall is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Director of Sales. If you have a passion for Hotel Sales and a drive for success, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Hotel Sales team to achieve revenue goals Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand Hotel Sales Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Hotel Sales Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends About Us: Conveniently located near Hanes Mall and just a short drive from downtown Winston-Salem, Home2 Suites by Hilton Winston-Salem Hanes Mall offers comfortable and modern accommodations for both business and leisure travelers.
