Project Manager


A premier, high-growth general contractor specializing in industrial and commercial construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team in the Chicago area.


This opportunity is ideal for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a collaborative design-build environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion.


Responsibilities

• Manage industrial and commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Support project planning and team collaboration throughout all phases

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with project scheduling and budgeting
• Design-build experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
