Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to an assigned group of patients in an outpatient oncology department, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to patient care and safety.
- Work within a team-based model to provide access to multiple physicians and caregivers during one visit.
- Document patient status, administer medications, monitor for adverse events, and ensure patient safety across ambulatory visits.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) and current credentialing to practice in an outpatient setting
- Experience in ambulatory/outpatient care; oncology experience is a plus
- Ability to work the listed dayshift schedule (days, 9-hour shifts) in an outpatient environment
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
