Develop and maintain relationships with homebuyers, real estate agents, referral partners, and financial professionals
Guide clients through the mortgage loan process from application through closing
Analyze borrower financial and credit data to recommend appropriate loan products
Generate self-sourced business through networking, referrals, and community outreach
Build long-term referral relationships to create a sustainable pipeline
Thrives in a performance-based environment
Enjoys helping clients achieve homeownership goals
Values relationship-building over transactional sales
Wants to grow within a modern, scalable mortgage platform
Competitive Compensation Structure Includes:
~$3k/month non-recoverable draw
~ Commission structure depending on experience and production level, (100 bps per loan, but can choose a higher comp plan if preferred)
