Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, creating a clear understanding of their mental health needs.

• Design individualized treatment plans by collaborating with clients to address their specific goals, preferences, and life circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices to enhance their coping strategies.

• Monitor clients’ progress methodically by adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments to ensure their therapeutic journey remains aligned with their evolving needs.

• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and medical professionals, enhancing integrated care for clients facing complex mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n
