We are seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Hospitality Host who loves creating meaningful connections, thrives in a luxury service environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for every visit. You'll:

•  Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
•  Manage and coordinate reservations and guest arrivals
•  Support our Hospitality Team in preparing and hosting luxury wine tasting experiences
•  Create a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure
•  Anticipate guest and team needs, stepping in proactively wherever support is needed
•  Help showcase the beauty, history, and spirit of Far Niente through exceptional service

Qualifications
•  At least 6 months of experience in hospitality, guest services, luxury retail, events, or a related customer-facing role
•  Weekend availability required
•  Ability to work across our estate properties as needed
•  Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
•  Comfortable standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven outdoor surfaces
