Key Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain the membership & training business through a variety of avenues, including but not limited to phone prospecting, social media, and in-person conversations
• Timely & effective communication with members, prospects, & the rest of the team; regular communication & partnership with senior leadership
• Creation and execution of business plans
• Maintain a sparkling clean, welcoming environment
• Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Sales experience required
• Personal training or other fitness experience strongly preferred
• Leadership experience strongly preferred
• Current CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain one upon being hired
• Evening & weekend availability; our managers work Mon-Thurs + Saturday
• Occasional travel is required (onboarding, monthly all-manager meetings, etc)
