The Opportunity As part of the Managed Services Microsoft Dynamics team, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that drive operational excellence. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction for business development initiatives, securing impactful client engagements while fostering a culture of mentorship and collaboration. Responsibilities - Lead the design and execution of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions - Establish strategic direction for business development efforts - Facilitate impactful client interactions and engagements - Foster a culture of mentorship and teamwork within the organization - Utilize advanced technology to enhance client operational effectiveness - Drive initiatives that improve business agility and responsiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals - Promote continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - At least 10 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities in team leadership - Leading AMS transformation initiatives for proactive operations - Leveraging analytical skills for operational assessments - Developing Microsoft platform-enabled solutions for efficiency - Leading AMS delivery teams with resource and budget management - Demonstrating understanding of ERP and CRM processes - Utilizing business transformation skills for organizational change - Experience with AI-enabled AMS transformation initiatives - Experience managing large-scale global AMS programs Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
