Job Title: Business Development Manager - MSP Growth Location: Remote Duration: Full-time Department: Sales / Partnerships Reports To: Sr. VP of Sales Position Overview AMroute is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow and expand our existing Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships. This role is focused on deepening relationships, increasing wallet share, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring long-term partner success. This is not a pure "hunter" role. We are looking for someone who excels at nurturing accounts, building trust, and strategically expanding revenue within an established MSP client base. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MSP partners Develop account plans to increase revenue, product adoption, and engagement Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current MSP relationships Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic MSP accounts Partner with internal teams (operations, finance, leadership) to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor partner performance metrics and proactively address growth opportunities Forecast revenue growth and maintain accurate CRM reporting Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or channel sales Proven experience working with or selling into MSPs Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and increase recurring revenue Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, technology, SaaS, or IT services Established network within the MSP community Experience with recurring revenue models What Success Looks Like in This Role Increased revenue per MSP partner Strong retention and partner satisfaction Expanded product adoption across the MSP portfolio Long-term strategic partnerships that drive predictable recurring revenue #J-18808-Ljbffr
