Legal Intake Specialist We are an Elite full-service law firm located in Seminole County, Florida with open positions for a full‑time Legal Intake Specialist. We have a highly organized and systematized practice and a team that works well together. Some staff have been with us three years and others for more than eight years. We encourage upward job mobility and help our staff succeed in their positions. Our professional office is not stuffy; we describe ourselves as jovial and young in spirit. Responsibilities Managing and assisting in the legal intake department. Monitoring phones, qualifying new and prospective clients, scheduling consultations, collecting paperwork, and tracking leads. Collaborating with marketing to develop outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms to bring in new cases. Performing miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications Professional, positive attitude, highly organized, smart, and able to keep up with a fast‑paced environment. Business Professional Dress Required. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. Strong data entry and spreadsheet management skills. Previous legal experience is a plus. Outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy.
