Manager Trainee - Premium Customers

Salary: $52,000/yr + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included) What You’ll Do: During the eight‑week training program, you will rotate through core operational functions to build a strong foundation in airport operations. You will learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance—particularly for high‑value and premium customer segments. After completing training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions. Responsibilities may include leading frontline teams, supporting premium customer interactions, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring service, safety, and brand standards are consistently met. You will receive ongoing mentorship and development support, with opportunities to advance into future leadership roles within the organization.
