Manager Trainee - Premium Customers

As a Manager Trainee – Premium Customers, you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop future leaders through real-world experience at our airport locations.During the program, you will gain exposure to key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, while learning how to deliver elevated service experiences for premium customers, drive operational efficiency, and support financial performance.What You’ll Do:During the eight-week training program, you will rotate through core operational functions to build a strong foundation in airport operations. You will learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance—particularly for high-value and premium customer segments.After completing training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions.
