International Digital Marketing Associate

Role Description

Pearl 27 is a global digital marketing company focused on building authentic, human-centered online brands. We empower talent to serve as brand ambassadors (“Drummers”), helping clients grow their visibility through ethical, organic engagement across digital platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and AI-driven search within a supportive, remote team environment.

• Understand and represent clients’ brand voice, goals, and vision
• Create and publish social media posts and engage with online audiences
• Write blog posts and long-form content aligned with client strategies
• Maintain high ethical standards and transparency

Qualifications

• BYU-Pathway student with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or alumni
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Empathy and strong interpersonal awareness
• Excellent writing and organization skills
• Basic project management and teamwork abilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in writing, editing, or content creation (preferred)
• Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit, etc.) (preferred)
