Marketing Communications Specialist I Location: East Aurora, NY – Onsite Reports to: Sr. Manager, Product Management Job Summary The scope of this role will include many different aspects of marketing and coordination across multiple areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Experience all aspects of digital marketing in the areas of website management Collaborate with product management on elements such as: Assisting in researching and recommending new product offerings based on market needs Identifying key customer insights to enable future product development Identify and coordinate trade shows as necessary Competitive research and market analysis Create and publish marketing pieces including catalogs, flyers, and other materials Update and format price lists Support/or create strategic planning and marketing presentations Assist Product Manager in developing brand strategy and performing associated research Plan and implement cross‑tier media campaigns Develop and produce creative marketing campaigns Assess trends and conduct competitive deep dives Support social platforms with marketing content Oversee website content development and optimization Evaluate distributor websites and our online presence Review distributor sales patterns Execute various special projects with inter‑company departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and operations Expected Outcomes Clean and comprehensive datasets Effective reporting systems On‑time completion of projects Education & Experience Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 0–2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree Self‑starter with the ability to follow directions and complete tasks with little oversight Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of initiative Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Handles all matters with a high level of professionalism while working comfortably in a high‑paced and dynamic environment Compensation Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Coverage Spending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA) Paid Time Off and Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan with Matching Employer Contributions Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Paid Leaves Tuition Assistance Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Regal Rexnord is an Equal Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
