Office Cleaning & Support Assistant

Skills & Competencies El Asistente de Limpieza y Apoyo de Oficina es responsable de mantener la limpieza, desinfección, organización y excelente presentación del consultorio médico, brindando además apoyo operativo mediante la administración de inventario, solicitud y reposición de suministros, apoyo administrativo y organización de las instalaciones. El candidato ideal debe ser una persona responsable, confiable, organizada, profesional y comprometida con mantener un ambiente de atención médica limpio, seguro y acogedor que supere las expectativas de los pacientes y cumpla con las normas de OSHA , CDC , HIPAA y las políticas internas de la empresa. Funciones y Responsabilidades Esenciales Limpieza y Servicios Ambientales Limpiar y desinfectar los consultorios médicos después de cada atención al paciente. Limpiar y desinfectar salas de espera, recepción, oficinas administrativas, salas de reuniones, áreas de descanso, pasillos, baños y todas las áreas comunes. Barrer, aspirar, trapear, desempolvar, pulir y desinfectar todas las áreas asignadas. Limpiar ventanas, espejos, puertas de vidrio, mostradores, muebles y todas las superficies de alto contacto. Vaciar los recipientes de basura, reciclaje y desechos biomédicos regulados de acuerdo con las políticas de la empresa. Mantener todas las áreas del consultorio limpias, organizadas y con una presentación profesional en todo momento. Garantizar que los baños permanezcan completamente abastecidos, limpios y desinfectados durante toda la jornada laboral. Reportar de inmediato cualquier necesidad de mantenimiento, reparación o condición insegura. Mantener en buen estado el equipo de limpieza y los suministros de mantenimiento. Apoyo Administrativo y de Oficina Mantener la oficina del Director en condiciones impecables, limpias y perfectamente organizadas en todo momento. Organizar oficinas, áreas de almacenamiento, gabinetes, archivos y espacios destinados a suministros. Preparar y organizar las salas de reuniones para juntas, capacitaciones y presentaciones. Brindar apoyo en la organización general de la oficina y en tareas administrativas básicas. Escanear, fotocopiar, archivar y organizar documentos según sea asignado. Apoyar a la administración en proyectos especiales y en las necesidades operativas diarias de la oficina. Administración de Inventario y Suministros Supervisar los niveles de inventario de suministros médicos, administrativos y de limpieza. Solicitar y realizar pedidos de suministros de oficina, productos de limpieza, materiales administrativos y suministros médicos previamente autorizados. Recibir, inspeccionar, organizar y almacenar correctamente todas las entregas y pedidos. Mantener organizadas las áreas de almacenamiento e inventario. Informar oportunamente a la administración cuando los suministros estén por agotarse. Mantener registros precisos y actualizados del inventario. Experiencia del Paciente Contribuir a mantener un ambiente limpio, cómodo, seguro y acogedor para pacientes y visitantes. Mantener el área de recepción limpia, organizada y presentable durante toda la jornada. Mantener abastecidas y organizadas las estaciones de café, bebidas, refrigerios y demás amenidades para pacientes. Apoyar al personal para mantener una imagen profesional y ordenada del consultorio. Seguridad y Cumplimiento Normativo Cumplir con las normas y regulaciones de OSHA , CDC , HIPAA , así como con las políticas y procedimientos internos de la empresa. Manipular correctamente los productos químicos de limpieza y desinfectantes de acuerdo con las recomendaciones de seguridad. Cumplir con los procedimientos para el manejo y eliminación segura de desechos biomédicos y materiales regulados. Mantener la confidencialidad de toda la información de los pacientes y de la empresa. Colaborar en la preparación del consultorio para inspecciones regulatorias, auditorías y visitas de agencias gubernamentales. Obligatorios Diploma de escuela secundaria (High School) o equivalente (GED) preferido. Mínimo de un (1) año de experiencia en limpieza, mantenimiento, servicios de conserjería, housekeeping o servicios ambientales, preferiblemente en un entorno profesional. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con mínima supervisión. Excelente atención al detalle. Sólidas habilidades de organización y administración del tiempo. Transporte confiable. Capacidad para levantar hasta 40 libras . Capacidad para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse, arrodillarse y realizar actividades físicas durante períodos prolongados. Experiencia previa en consultorios médicos, clínicas, consultorios dentales u otras instalaciones de atención médica. Conocimiento de las normas de OSHA y procedimientos de control de infecciones. Experiencia en control de inventario y solicitud de suministros. Bilingüe (inglés y español) preferido. Habilidades y Competencias Atención al detalle. Responsabilidad y puntualidad. Administración eficiente del tiempo. Trabajo en equipo. Excelente servicio al cliente. Manejo de inventarios. Iniciativa. Capacidad para resolver problemas.
