ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in August 2014 and currently lead a team of seven. I’ve been with State Farm for more than 20 years, bringing extensive industry experience and knowledge to both our customers and team. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Toledo, and outside of work, I’m a husband and proud father of two. Family is a big part of my life, and I stay very involved with my kids' sports, including coaching their teams. Those experiences reinforce many of the same values we bring to the office - teamwork, positivity, development, and helping people become their best. Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing reimbursement, flexible time, and hands-on training. As an Account Manager for Carl Vajdich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.QUALIFICATIONS:
