Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while also engaging in necessary outpatient consultations. Our outpatient office setting allows for occasional in-person meetings with clients, establishing a consistent therapeutic relationship. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, using established diagnostic criteria and tools to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans based on thorough evaluations of client backgrounds, strengths, and needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and develop coping strategies.
• Monitor and document client progress through electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for client well-being.
• Deliver culturally competent services by integrating clients' backgrounds, identities, and values into the therapeutic process.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, responding quickly and effectively to urgent mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients presenting with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance abuse disorders. A nuanced understanding of different cultural backgrounds will be essential, as we aim to provide therapy that respects and relates to each client's unique context. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and valid license such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of four years of related professional experience, demonstrating a strong ability to engage effectively with clients in various therapeutic settings.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural competency in therapy.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the capacity to handle challenging situations with poise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, successfully building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience delivering group therapy sessions is preferred, allowing for the facilitation of therapeutic dynamics among clients.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based approaches tailored to treat a wide range of psychological issues.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team collaboration, enhancing care through cooperative practice.

Compensation and Benefits
