Legal Support, Officer

Responsibilities Prepares board meeting materials such as agendas, memoranda, resolutions, draft minutes, and regulatory updates; assembles board packages for board members and other stakeholders before meetings. Drafts board meeting minutes and resolutions for review by senior attorneys. Prepares filings with the SEC, including annual updates to Registration Statements on Form N‑1A, supplements, Form N‑PX and Form N‑CSR. Maps and updates data on ProNavigator. Maintains and adheres to corporate filing calendars and recurring board agendas. Coordinates with clients, outside counsel, State Street Financial Administration and other fund service providers regarding fund matters. Works under the general direction of a senior attorney to deliver legal administration services to clients. May participate in special projects with clearly defined problems and issues. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. Handles multiple tasks and priorities for various clients. Identifies and utilizes available resources effectively. Communicates status of projects to appropriate persons in a timely manner. Salary and Compensation Salary Range: $65,000 – $106,250 per year. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified; if the candidate ultimately works outside that location, the applicable range could differ.
