Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities: Perform high-volume data entry and processing of vendor invoices Documenting AP processes Execute 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, receipt) with a strong attention to detail Investigate discrepancies and work through issues when purchasing documentation or processes are unclear Support AP activities across multiple sites Partner with accounting and plant-level teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing Skills: 3 way match, Accounting, Data entry, Payable, ERP, Invoice processing, Purchase order, Microsoft excel, Way match, Accounts payable Top Skills Details: 3 way match, Accounting, Data entry, Payable, ERP Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment Strong experience working within ERP systems Proven experience with 3-way matching using purchase orders Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting High attention to detail and strong problem identification skills Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Kenosha, WI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
