This is a great opportunity to be part of a hard-working, collaborative, and fun team while taking on meaningful and challenging responsibilities.In this role, you will own planning processes, tools, and systems to lead weekly and monthly execution across your assigned production value streams.This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.Your responsibilities will include:Develop, maintain, and control the master production scheduleMaintain and manage the MRP signal to ensure component availabilityFacilitate the Supply Response portion of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process, including rough-cut capacity planningKeep good communication and partnership with Global Supply Chain team & Divisional teamCommunicate and follow up on component and assembly availability issuesFoster global partnerships with sister sites in Ireland, Puerto Rico, and Costa RicaParticipate in strategic projects aimed at improving safety, quality, service, and cost through continuous improvement methodologiesIntegrate digital analytics, AI-enabled insights, and advanced planning capabilities into planning workflows to understand forecast accuracy, data-driven decision making, and operational efficiencySupport production supervisors with the execution of the production schedulePrepare reports, presentations, and graphs for monthly operating reviews and planning meetingsAnalyze and interpret marketing forecast reportsConduct "what if" analysis related to regulatory uncertaintyCommunicate production planning updates to key stakeholders including Global Supply Chain, Marketing, Production Control, and Customer ServiceRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferredFamiliarity with data analytics, ERP/MRP systems, and advanced planning systems such as SAP, Rapid Response, or similar platformsMinimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, materials management, or a related fieldAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong ability to influence cross-functional teams across the supply chainEffective communication skills across all levels of leadershipPreferred qualifications:Experience with SAP and/or Rapid ResponseExperience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to supply chain planning, production planning, inventory management, or decision-support processesExposure to scenario planning, predictive analytics, or connected data platforms that support end-to-end supply chain visibilityAPICS certification and/or relevant coursework in demand and supply chain planningExperience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably within the medical device industry
