Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will have a significant impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify emotional and relational challenges faced by clients.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple, including family sessions and individual therapy.

• Facilitating therapeutic processes for a variety of issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, and divorce adjustments.
\n
• Engaging in continuous communication with clients to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, using our advanced electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care for clients.

Qualifications\n
