As a Market President at Your Local Strategy, you plug into an already-built machine — world-class fulfillment, proven systems, real leadership support — and you run your own market like a CEO. You bring the relationships and the hustle. We handle everything else.

This is a 1099, commission-only position. No base salary. Just serious upside, full ownership of your market, and comp designed the way salespeople actually wish every company structured it.

What You'll Do

• Own your market. Hunt, network, and build relationships with local business owners.
• Uncover growth needs and match clients to our services — SEO, paid media, AI search, CRM, consulting.
• Build a recurring revenue book that pays you month after month.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead your own team of Growth Partners — and earn a residual on everything they close.
• Hand off to our fulfillment team and let us deliver the results while you go grow your organization.
• Show up in your community as the go-to growth partner for SMBs.

How You Get Paid

We built comp the way we wish every company would — for you and the team you build:

• 25% of all setup/onboarding fees — cash in hand on every new deal you close
• 20% of MRR — recurring monthly income for as long as your clients stay
• Team Residuals — earn on your Growth Partners' production as you scale your organization
• Monthly Accelerators:
• Hit $20K in new monthly revenue → +$1,000 bonus
• Hit $30K → +$2,000 bonus
• Hit $40K+ → +$3,000 bonus
• Annual President's Club
• No cap. No ceiling.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You're not joining a company, your part of a Team & You're launching your market. You set your own schedule, run your own market.
