We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has a strong eye for detail. In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, process payments, resolve billing issues, and help ensure timely collections while providing outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and monitor aging reports
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer account records
• Follow up on past-due accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes in partnership with customers and sales teams
• Review and monitor customer credit limits
• Communicate account issues and collection trends with management
• Assist with bad debt recovery efforts
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
• Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and branch leadership
