Office Services Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to support daily office operations, provide customer service, maintain office facilities, and coordinate meeting and event logistics. The ideal candidate will help ensure a well-organized, functional, and welcoming office environment while responding to employee and visitor needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations, including mail processing and distribution, visitor reception, telephone management, printing requests, and general administrative tasks.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate replenishment, and assist with general facility upkeep and non-janitorial cleaning activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office service requests, including facility and housekeeping issues, kitchen and pantry management, and general in-office support.
• Provide basic audio-visual (A/V) troubleshooting and coordinate assistance for office equipment and meeting room needs.
• Support the execution of meetings and events, including setup, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and management of last-minute logistical requirements.
• Provide instructions and directions to vendors as needed to ensure effective event setup and execution.
• Coordinate workspace and meeting room reservations to maximize office space utilization.
• Work with employees, customers, and internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and accommodate space requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day office service activities to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, office services, reception, or facility coordination.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing mail, telephone inquiries, visitor requests, and general office administration.
• Ability to coordinate office supplies, equipment, meeting spaces, and facility service requests.
• Experience supporting meetings, events, or vendor coordination is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of A/V equipment troubleshooting is preferred.
