Customer Service Representative

Hiring: Associate Customer Service Representative

Remote with occasional travel to Evoqua branch locations for trainings and meetings

Availability Required: 8:00 AM CST – 5:00 PM CST

We are seeking a customer-focused Associate Customer Service Representative to support service and order management operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills who are eager to grow within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

✔ Process customer orders, service requests, invoices, and documentation accurately

✔ Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls

✔ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and fulfill requests

✔ Enter and update service order requests while providing confirmations to customers

✔ Process customer payments and provide proof of payment when needed

✔ Generate invoices and customer-specific reports upon request

✔ Maintain department service standards and performance metrics

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service experience

OR

Associate’s degree with relevant experience

• Ability to sit, stand, type, and communicate regularly throughout the workday

• Occasional bending, reaching, stair climbing, and travel for meetings or seminars

• Comfortable working in office or industrial environments with minor dust exposure
