Core Responsibilities:Receive and accurately process customer orde
rs.Verify and edit customer orders for completene
ss.Enter orders in LN, eLogia, and ESP-REP syste
ms.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to delivery, complaints, and product availabili
ty.Maintain an accurate customer order databa
se.Generate inter-departmental inquiries for product availability and expedite reques
ts.Evaluate stock availability against shipping schedul
es.Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor or Manag
er.
Qualifications & Skills:3+ years of customer service experience in a technical product line (B2B prefer
red).Two years of college or technical schooling, or five years in a technical posi
tion.Proficiency in Microsoft O
fficeExperience in an ERP or CRM system, SAP or salesforce pref
erredStrong customer advocacy sk
ills.Technical aptitude and solid math sk
ills.Ability to work independently and self-moti
vate.Adaptability to a fast-paced environ
ment.Proficiency in a second language is a
plus.
