Adult Residential Administrator – Apple Valley Location: Apple Valley, CA (92374) – Full‑time, 8‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday (on‑call) Annual Salary: $70,304 (plus 10 k sign‑on bonus). Position Summary: The Administrator ensures and maintains regulatory compliance, promotes the health, well‑being, and safety of clients, manages staffing and labor hours, communicates with conservators and other agencies, and mentors support staff. Job Functions Maintain open communication with conservators, families, service coordinators, and other client representatives regarding client health, well‑being, and quality of life. Plan and maintain appropriate staffing, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and delegation. Oversee daily operations: client notes, medication audits, funds disbursement, physical plant inspections, file maintenance, time‑card reviews, and annual performance evaluations. Attend required trainings and maintain quality‑care assurance. Maintain safety compliance to prevent staff and client injury. Coordinate resident care: schedule medical appointments, follow up on provider recommendations, and monitor overall medical condition. Act as first responder in emergencies and report incidents per regulations. Provide 24‑hour on‑call response when required. Perform related duties as assigned. Education / Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent training). Registered Behavioral Technician. Adult Residential Facility Certification (ARF Cert). DSP I and DSP II certificates. CPR/FA and CPI certification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with clients with developmental disabilities (Level 4I or higher). Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience overseeing staff caring for developmental disability individuals.
