Our exceptional tools and education programs empower physicians with the confidence they need to perform ever-more challenging procedures and spark progress This role focuses on the Endovascular Intervention (EVI) portfolio, including Embolotherapy, Interventional Oncology access products, Peripheral Stents, Guidewires and Vascular Closure Devices across 30 countries with a focus on Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Israel, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, theBaltics and Kazakhstan. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Product Manager who thrives in complex, fast-evolving environments and is passionate about driving therapy adoption and business growth across multiple distributor markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the EVI business by identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with distributors, physicians and KOLs, and translating strategic priorities into impactful market initiatives. This role requires a high level of ownership, stakeholder management and execution capabilities, as well as the ability to influence without authority in a multicultural regional environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong business acumen and a genuine affinity for interventional therapies, with the agility to manage multiple priorities and accelerate market development across the region. To be considered, candidates must be located in one of the focus geographies and possess unrestricted work authorisation in that location. The role requires up to 40% travel across the Schengen Area and other countries within the region of responsibility; therefore, candidates must be able to travel without the need for additional visa sponsorship or employer-supported immigration arrangements. Job Responsibilities Drive Business Growth & Therapy Adoption Support adoption of Endovascular and Interventional Oncology therapies across the region Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and market development Monitor market trends, competitive activities and customer needs Translate regional strategies into effective local execution plans Execute Marketing & Launch Activities Develop and execute regional marketing plans Support product launches and market activation initiatives Monitor portfolio performance through KPIs and business analytics Develop compelling clinical and business value propositions Develop KOL & Educational Programs Build relationships with physicians, KOLs and healthcare professionals Support educational pathways, workshops, training courses and customer engagement activities Contribute to therapy adoption and clinical education initiatives Cross-Functional & Distributor Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain Support distributors in executing commercial and marketing initiatives Act as a trusted partner across multiple countries and stakeholder groups Profile Description Preferred Background Experience in Product Marketing and/or Product Management within MedTech Exposure to Endovascular Intervention, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology or related interventional therapies is strongly preferred Experience with product launches, market development initiatives and therapy adoption programs is an advantage Experience within distributor-based or indirect market business models is an advantage Experience in multinational and multicultural environments is an advantage Proactivity in taking Ownership & Accountability Stakeholder Management, Collaboration & Influence Without Authority Strong Communication Skills in English Adaptability & Learning Agility Strong affinity with interventional and minimally invasive therapies Ability to communicate credibly with physicians and healthcare professionals Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate customer needs into business outcomes Strong execution mindset with the ability to translate plans into measurable outcomes Experience in organizing educational programs, workshops, training sessions and customer events Strong presentation, communication and storytelling capabilities Ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear customer and business value propositions Offer A unique opportunity to help shape healthcare access across diverse markets A collaborative and inclusive work culture that values continuous improvement Exposure to strategic product launches and high-impact marketing initiatives The chance to grow within a global organization committed to innovation and patient care A competitive salary package and attractive fringe benefits in line with your experience Contact Person Working at Terumo means advancing healthcare with heart.
