Stroke Program Registered Nurse Coordinator

As Stroke Program Coordinator at TriStar Health, you will lead an evidence-based stroke program that supports rapid response, standardized care, and excellent outcomes. You will coordinate stroke workflows from ED arrival through discharge, monitor quality metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical resource to physicians and staff, provide stroke-related education, and drive performance improvement initiatives. Partnering with multidisciplinary teams, you will refine protocols, reduce treatment times, and enhance patient safety. You’ll also support patient and family education, community outreach, and staff competency development.
