Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

Location : Plain City, OH, US Summary The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily Human Resources operations with a strong focus on employee onboarding, field support, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting operational locations, and assisting with uniform management and workforce support activities. Onboarding Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new hires. Prepare and distribute onboarding paperwork and new hire packets. Schedule and conduct employee orientation sessions. Ensure completion of I-9, E-Verify, tax forms, direct deposit forms, and policy acknowledgments. Create and maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding and initial employment. Field & Operational HR Support Visit company locations, branch offices, and job sites regularly to support employees and operations. Build positive working relationships with field employees, supervisors, and managers. Assist with communication of company policies, procedures, and HR initiatives across locations. Support employee engagement efforts and help maintain a positive workplace culture. Address basic employee concerns and escalates complex matters to HR leadership when necessary. Assist with maintaining required workplace postings, documentation, and compliance materials at field locations. Uniform & Employee Resource Management Coordinate employee uniform distribution, tracking, replacements, and inventory management. Ensure new hires receive required uniforms, PPE, badges, and onboarding materials. Maintain records related to uniforms, equipment issuance, and employee acknowledgments. Partner with operations leaders to ensure employees are properly equipped and compliant with company standards. HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation. Assist employees with HR‑related questions regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and procedures. Maintain onboarding and training compliance records. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of HR, onboarding, administrative, or employee support experience preferred. Experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems, or onboarding platforms preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
