Advanced Practice Provider OpportunitySinai Hospital is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Neurosurgery and Neurology teams. This role involves performing a variety of clinical duties and technical procedures to assist in the delivery of healthcare services to patients within our Neurosurgery and Neurology departments. You will play a key role in coordinating the care of in-patient and emergency department patients, helping deliver specialized neurocare across a wide range of procedures and conditions.Why join Sinai Hospital?Join a growing hospital system actively investing in advanced technology, expanded services, and employee career development.Practice at the top of your license with autonomy in clinical decision-making.Work alongside experienced interdisciplinary teams across high-acuity patient populations.ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical care to patients in the Neurosurgery and Neurology departments, attending to both in-patient and emergency department needs.Assist with a variety of neurocritical care procedures including craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and diagnostic testing such as ICP monitoring and CSF drainage trials.Perform duties in compliance with hospital and departmental policies to ensure safety for both patients and staff.Maintain active engagement with continuing education, identifying training and development opportunities.Ensure documentation compliance with hospital and department policies, including maintaining National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and Maryland State Licensure requirements.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and management of neurocritical and general neurosurgery patients.QualificationsCurrent Maryland Physician Assistant or CRNP or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner License.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.BenefitsVersatile CasesFlexible ScheduleAbout Sinai HospitalSinai Hospital of Baltimore is a nationally recognized academic medical center, a designated Level II Trauma Center, and the largest community hospital in Maryland.
