Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and existing support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Implement effective therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care to aid in healing and personal development.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans while establishing actionable goals and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and holistic care to clients.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure quality care delivery.

Qualifications\n
