Sales Director – Oracle Communications Applications Oracle Communications is a leading provider of BSS/OSS/CRM/CPQ solutions. As a Sales Director, you will lead a high‑performing team to position Oracle Communications applications in the marketplace and drive customer success and business growth. Your Role As a Sales Director, you will lead and coach a high‑performing sales team , engage with internal and external stakeholders , build and maintain executive‑level customer relationships , and drive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and business results . Champion the “Why Oracle” story and articulate the value of Oracle’s unified, multi‑pillar solutions. Build trusted client relationships and strengthen customer engagement with the Oracle brand. Create and execute strategic sales and business development initiatives. Drive pipeline generation and accelerate revenue growth. Remove obstacles and support your team’s success throughout the sales cycle. Establish relationships with senior executives and key decision‑makers. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Travel approximately 25–50% as needed to support customer engagements and team activities. About You Results‑oriented, resourceful, and highly motivated. Experienced sales leader with a proven record of success selling complex enterprise solutions. Skilled at executive and C‑level engagement. Collaborative and effective in a team‑selling environment. Creative, strategic, and committed to continuous learning and development. Qualifications Demonstrated sales leadership, initiative, collaboration, and sound business judgment. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven success managing enterprise sales teams and selling into large, complex accounts. Experience engaging with C‑level executives and navigating sophisticated buying environments. Strong ability to qualify opportunities, solve customer challenges, and deliver positive business outcomes. Preferred Background & Qualifications Experience in BSS/OSS/CRM/CPQ or related communications solutions is highly desirable. Prior success selling to large service provider or enterprise clients. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a complex, multi‑territory environment. Compensation & Benefits US hiring range: $122,200 – $270,800 per year (may be eligible for equity and compensation deferral, and commission with an estimated pay mix of 45 / 55).
