Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct standard and specialized clinical laboratory tests-covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following well-defined protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection tasks and prepare samples for analysis when required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and maintain high lab standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• A current ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Must maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
