Your Role - What Youll Achieve

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Carefully analyze and validate results, resolve discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for in-depth testing as needed.
• Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, help train new personnel, and contribute to upholding stringent lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Expectations

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment with us.
