Description - Your Role

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance alongside calibration tasks on lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and properly prepare samples for subsequent testing as required.
• Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or trainees, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while meeting regulatory and accreditation obligations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) Certification, to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of your certification throughout the duration of your employment.
