Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory analyses-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and preparation for testing as necessary.
• Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, train new team members or students, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Hold ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
